TROUBLESHOOTING: - The pipeline is not connected, but the device shows pressure readings (not 0), even negative readings. What should I do? Recalibrate the product using the zero calibration function.

- Bluetooth is not turned on.
- Bluetooth permissions are not granted for Elitech Tools.
- Bluetooth data error, needs reset (we can provide reset instructions).

Why does the device display '-----' instead of refrigerant type data? All data for over 140 refrigerant types is stored in the app, not in the device itself. The device will only display the data when you select and update the commonly used list (18 types). Otherwise, you can only view the data within the app.
